We have found that baskets with handles do not courier very well! Therefore we will only use flatpack baskets or gift boxes/trays for deliveries outside the Blenheim area. If you are ordering a gift from our Designer Range, please look for the Courier Friendly note to ensure you choose one that is suitable for nationwide delivery.

Delivery Costs

We deliver free within the local Blenheim area. All deliveries outside the local area will be made by courier, with the following associated charges and delivery times (these will be confirmed with you when you place your basket order):

• North Island $15.00 two days delivery time
  (all areas)

• South Island 1 $7.50 next day delivery
  (Picton, Havelock, Marlborough Sounds, Nelson, Motueka)

• South Island 2 $10.00 next day delivery
  (Kaikoura, Takaka, Murchison, Westport, Greymouth, Springs Junction, Christchurch)

• South Island 3 $15.00 1-2 days delivery
  (rest of South island south of Christchurch and Greymouth)

• Saturday Delivery $5.00 additional charge

• Rural Delivery $4.50 additional charge – plus 1 day additional delivery time

We will make every effort to have your products couriered within the requested timeframe. It is important to allow sufficient time for delivery and since we sub-contract our courier service, delivery timeframes are occasionally beyond our control. Please contact us without delay if a gift has not been delivered as requested.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. If we have to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address, or if your address is lacking information (e.g. rural delivery), we will have to pass any extra costs incurred back to you as an additional charge.
