When you arrange a gift from Made-to-Order, expect personalised service - you are not just a number to us! We want you to make someone's day, by giving them a gift that has been tailored specifically for them. To ensure this happens, we need enough information from you that the gift can be created and delivered on time and to your budget. Expect to hear from a real, live, good looking human being!

How Does it Work?

The easiest and fastest way to order a gift is to find one from our Designer Range and Order Now via our website form. We will then contact you if we need any further information, and your gift will be on its way.

Alternatively, if you want to fully customise a gift, you are welcome to either phone or make a General Enquiry. If you have no idea what you want, don’t panic - that’s why we’re here! Sometimes it’s easier for you to tell us what NOT to put in, as that’s just as important - particularly with dislikes and/or allergies. Once we have enough details to start the creative process, we will get back to you with a suggested concept for your gift. When you're happy we're on the right track, we will cost the gift and get back to you with a list of contents for your approval. You are not obliged to make a purchase until you are fully satisfied with all of the contents. Once the items have been approved, we construct the gift and it's ready to go. Payment is usually due when the order is confirmed.

We source the basket items, will customise the gift with your help, then provide a professionally presented end product.

We have corporate accounts with over 100 suppliers throughout the country, whose stock is always on hand in our workshop. Plus we will go out and act as your personal shopper if we don't have what you need instore. We have a very broad selection of cane baskets, gift boxes and gift bags, and literally hundreds of ribbons - to make sure your gift is colour-coordinated and spectacular! Can I buy directly from your workshop?

All items in our workshop are priced and for sale in their own right - with or without a basket. So if you can't think what to buy, come in and have a look at what we've got - you will be surprised at how many lovely items we have tucked away. We can also provide you with wrapping, ribbon and a card for any gift from our shop if you so desire. Check out our What's Hot page to see items we currently have in stock that we want to showcase.

Can I include items I've purchased elsewhere?

When creating the perfect gift, we are also happy to include items you have already purchased - in fact, you can bring everything along and we will wrap it for you so it has the 'WOW' factor. Items can include wine, jewellery, clothing, etc.

Can I include alcohol?

At present we do not hold a Liquor Licence, therefore our company cannot purchase or supply alcohol for use in our gifts. However, as noted above, we are happy to include any items already purchased by you.

When and how do I pay?

Payment is required in full before baskets leave our premises. We welcome your payment by credit card, internet deposit, cash or cheque - we do not have EFTPOS facilities available at our workshop.
