Our General Enquiry form has been designed specifically for this purpose; if any sections aren't relevant to your enquiry, feel free to leave them blank. If you would like to order a basket and have a pretty good idea of what you want, use the Order Now form.

The phone number at our workshop is (03) 578 7135. If we can't answer your call, please leave us a message as we will then receive a text on our mobile phone and be able to ring you back. You are also welcome to call us free at any time on (0800) 2BMADE (226233).
Open Hours
The hours that we are open change depending on the season, but we are always available via email or phone message. Our current opening hours for appointments are as follows:
- Monday - 9.00 to 5.00
- Tuesday - 9.00 to 5.00
- Wednesday - 9.00 to 5.00 But of course we will take your call anytime especially for that last minute gift !
- Thursday - 9.00 to 5.00
- Friday - 9.00 to 5.00
We sometimes have to pop out to pick up items, deliver baskets, or attend to business matters, so please leave us a message if we're not in. You are welcome to come and browse our gift items; give us a call for a time and directions.

So far I have had three wonderful baskets made for me by Made-to-Order. A wonderful Mother's Day basket full of tea and biscuits, a 16-year-old birthday basket for a golf nut, and a care basket for a poor Otago University student... Every basket was special to the receiver and I thank Made-to-Order for not only including the things that were important to me but suggesting other items that I had not thought of which together made a most wonderful gift. Their attention to detail and personal service is fantastic and reassuring. I will definitely be recommending them to others and of course, be ordering more baskets myself.
